Payment and cancellation policy
We request a 20% deposit from our guests after the booking confirmation, which will be refunded in case of cancellation in writing (e-mail, letter) by the 15th day from the date of arrival.
If canceled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 until 16:00
Check-out: 07: 00-10 : 00
Check-in and check-out must be arranged with the property. Check-in after 18:00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 10 for check-out before 07:00 .

Login
Registration is done by filling in the application form accurately and verifying the identity of the guest and in accordance with legal requirements. The presentation, handing over and scanning of the identity document and passport is required by law and is mandatory for guests over the age of 18 (an electronic photo of the identity documents is also taken).
Check-Out
On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to leave the room with his luggage and belongings by 10:00, and to hand over the keys and remote control received at check-in at the reception.
If you leave later, there will be a surcharge .
The guest is obliged to pay for the services used no later than before the final departure from the accommodation in the manner specified on the basis of the valid price list.
Visitors
Only guests with prior notice (name, address, nationality) can stay in the room. The guest is responsible for the behavior of the visitor, including any damage. The property excludes any liability for damage caused by the visitor to the guest and / or third parties.
Guests staying in excess of the number of guests booked in the room cannot stay in the property’s rooms for a permanent period.
Use of equipment and facilities in the accommodation , accident prevention
The guest is obliged to use the tools and equipment of the accommodation at his own risk, in compliance with the accident prevention rules.
Children’s toys can only be used under parental supervision , this also applies to brought toys! Damage resulting from improper use must be reimbursed by the guest upon request, but no later than before departure.
The furnishings and equipment of the accommodation can only be taken out of the accommodation with the prior permission of the reception / owner! Any rearrangement of the room , relocation of furniture is also subject to permission, with the guest being obliged to rearrange it.
The guest is obliged to report the breakdown of any of the tools, equipment and facilities of the accommodation at the reception. The guest is not entitled to correct the error himself or to attempt to correct it. The property is not responsible for any resulting damage.
Wi-Fi usage
apartment house has a wi-fi system, the use of which is free of charge. The guest will receive the wi-fi connection password at the reception. The continuous and smooth operation and availability of the Internet service cannot be guaranteed by the property.
The property is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the guest’s device or its contents during or as a result of using the wi-fi. The use of the service is at the guest’s own risk and responsibility.
Safety
In the internal (courtyard) environment of the accommodation, for the safety of the property and personal property of the guests and the accommodation, we operate a closed-circuit camera system, which continuously takes and records external recordings and stores them in compliance with data protection rules.
Fire extinguishers are located in the hallways, and escape routes have been posted on the front door of the apartments and in the hallways. In the event of a fire, the guest is obliged to leave the building immediately and alert the landlord.
The apartment, the building and the gates will always be closed on departure!
You are not allowed to use your own iron, kettle, coffee machine or other electrical appliances in the rooms without your permission.
Fire should be allowed only in the yard, in a designated area, providing water for extinguishing.
Items are not allowed in the property
The property does not allow the following:
- substances and objects classified as corrosive, flammable chemicals or substances in the legislation in force,
- substances classified as flammable and / or explosive in accordance with current legislation,
- particularly expensive, high-value valuables, museum objects,
- fireworks, firecrackers and parts thereof,
- waste, substance harmful to the environment, health,
- psychotropic substances.
If the guest is not allowed to bring anything into the accommodation without the prior written permission of the accommodation, the accommodation may remove or remove it at the guest’s expense and shall be liable for any resulting damage in its non-enclosed premises or community areas.
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in the buildings of the Villa Endante and in the entire adjoining area, with the exception of designated smoking areas.
The staff of the property has the right to warn the guests as well as any other person in the property to comply with the policy . The guest or any person staying in the accommodation is obliged to comply with the regulations and to comply with any request . If the accommodation is fined by the competent authority for the infringing conduct of any guest or other person on the premises, the accommodation shall be entitled to transfer or demand payment of the fine.
Entrance to the apartment
In an emergency (such as a fire, terrorist attack, etc.) without prior telephone call or when the accommodation reasonably suspects that the life, health, safety or security of the guest is or may be in danger in the room and the guest If you do not answer your phone call, the staff will be able to enter the room.
Cleaning
The apartments are handed over clean, cleaned and disinfected, no daily cleaning is performed. Please make sure that the closed rubbish bins in the bathroom and living room are emptied regularly into the selective collectors!
For longer stays (more than 6 nights), bed linen is changed and cleaned. We will arrange this at the reception.
Daily cleaning is available on request at an additional cost.
Washing, ironing
An iron and ironing board are available on request. The property does not accept laundry, ironing or dry cleaning. At the special request of the guest, we organize the washing, ironing, dry cleaning of the guest’s clothes, but the laundry, etc. We cannot be held responsible for the work of the company.
According to the accommodation’s fire safety regulations, ironing is not allowed in the apartments, it is located in the room indicated at the reception.
Parking
Guests can park for free in the on-site car park. Drive in the parking lot according to the traffic regulations. The permitted speed of the vehicles is 5 km / h.
If the guest wishes to use the car park, they must indicate the vehicle registration number on the registration form at check-in. If this is refused or not, the car park will not be available. The guest is directly liable to the injured party for any damage caused by the car parked by him.
The guest's illness
If a guest becomes ill during the period of using the accommodation and is unable to act on their own, the property will offer medical assistance. The guest uses the medical assistance offered at his own risk and risk. The doctor is not an employee, agent or contributor of the accommodation, the accommodation excludes the responsibility for the diagnosis, the applied therapy and its consequences.
In the event of a guest’s infectious disease, the accommodation is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract with immediate effect without refund or compensation. In this case, the guest is obliged to leave the accommodation with his / her luggage at his / her own expense within the period specified in the cancellation notice. *
Abnormal behavior
22:00 and 08:00, except for events organized or licensed by the property .
Irrespective of the time, all behaviors and behaviors that disturb the peace, security, sense of security and privacy of others are prohibited in the accommodation area; is or may be considered harassment, is likely to intimidate others.
The property staff is entitled to warn the disturbing and / or loud guest. After the third warning, the accommodation has the right to terminate the accommodation contract unilaterally with immediate effect and to expel the guest immediately without any obligation to refund and / or compensate the accommodation.
The property reserves the right to hold a private event in all or part of the property.
The property is not responsible for any damage caused by disturbing behavior by guests.
* In case of infectious disease, the accommodation is subject to 18/1998. (VI. 3.) NM decree *. According to the regulation, if there is such a suspicion, the accommodation will call a doctor and he will determine whether the guest is contagious or not.
Lost and found
Items found can be handed in at the reception, where it will be registered. Food, food items and medicines will be destroyed by the property. The accommodation can be stored for 3 months. If the rightful owner of the found object reports, you can take possession of the object by presenting a document proving your identity.
The accommodation is liable for damages
The accommodation does not accept any liability for damages in the case of cash, securities or valuables. Guests are kindly requested to handle their cash, valuables and securities with due care.
The accommodation is only liable for damage caused by the guest’s other belongings if the damage event (except for burglary, theft) occurs in the premises used exclusively by the guest and through the negligence of the accommodation.
The accommodation is liable for up to twice the daily room rate paid by the guest.
The accommodation shall be released from its obligation to pay compensation if it proves that the damage was caused by an unavoidable cause outside the guests and staff, or that the damage was caused by the guest himself.
The guest uses and uses the equipment and services of the accommodation as intended , in the knowledge and knowledge of his / her own health, physical and mental condition, therefore the accommodation excludes.
Data protection
The guest acknowledges that the accommodation is required by law to provide the requesting authority with the personal data requested by the guest in the request, provided that the legal conditions are met. The accommodation may not object to the provision of information based on a law, official or court decision.
Adherence to the norms of the policy is in the interest of all guests, as we can guarantee your peace and security in this way.
